Red vermut for Manhattans and sometimes on the rocks with lemon, Old Forester 86 for a lower proof bourbon for Derby Day, and Zaya 12 for classic daiquiris and maybe sipping.

Picked this box up at Costco, if it’s anything as good as the other Fever Tree drinks I’ve had I’ll be very happy. Should make for a refreshing greyhound
Not sweet at all, but very refreshing. Not so much for greyhounds but should be good for a vodka soda alternative. Give it that certain je ne sais quoi.

Thwarted today. Went to pick up a fresh keg but the distributor no-showed their delivery. Since my wife asked about a pisco sour the other night, at least I was able to pick this up.
Missed out on a bottle of Elmer T. Lee from a large liquor retailer’s incentive program, but purchased a bottle of Weller Antique 107 for <$30. Should get it in a week or so. Col EH Taylor was also available in the $40 range.
