The smell that wont go away

Try alternate washing with shampoo and palm lathering with a soap. In the past I have found Arko to be great for this ( @FarmerTan will agree) followed by airing for a day. Repeat until the smell is gone or reduced enough that it no longer makes you nauseous. The only problem is your brush may end up smelling like a urinal puck.

Wow, I didn't realize this was still going. I haven't gotten any notifications in quite a while so I thought it was dead.

Came to update. I made an ozone chamber for a remediation job I had. I locked the clients items in there for a couple days and put my brush in with it. Smells like... nothing. Totally neutral.
