Nice one. I have three copies of the identical razor: one branded Cowboy, one unbranded, and one branded Bush Weltmeister.
Much like the Segal Adjustable.Rasoir réglable à cliquet - a French adjustable, which indeed "clicks" when you tighten the handle. That gives you 5 positions.View attachment 1138830View attachment 1138835

And another French cage head razor
This is very interesting. It appears to be identical to the Famex and RazVite cage head "adjustable" razors, however, there is no makers mark.
If Thomas is here, maybe he can shed some light on the manufacturer of these.
Famex was a Solingen brand, produced by Bontgen&Sabin, who also made Bonsa, with the cagerazor apparently intended for the French market: the cagerazors are not that common in Germany. Here's another version of the Famex/Razvite/Bougles USA razor, called an Autofix. On the plate it says "Soligen", "S.G.D.G." and also has "Bonsa" and "Famex" (stamped one over the other). Must be some kind of story to this one, given it's got indications of being both German and French at the same time!
