I already owned a couple of Irisch Moos shave sticks, and have become quite a fan of them. Recently, I picked up a tube of the cream from another B&B member in a trade. WOW! Fantastic lather, excellent cushion, and quite possibly the best shave I have ever had this morning. The hardware was the same, but the software made a noticeable difference in this particular case. This stuff has everything I loved about Tabac, and nothing I didn't - namely the scent. For those of you who haven't tried the Moos cream, you're missing out.

interesting - is it the same forumla (scent excepted) as the Tabac cream, because I found that Tabac cream to be very average.

Not sure, but I thought I had heard that. I always got great performance from both the Tabac cream and soap, but I just found the scent to be a little too "grandfatherly" for my liking.
Glad the Moos cream worked out for you! I was never able to get a great lather from it, but then again I mainly use soaps so that could be the case. I've been trying to dabble more into creams though.
