I recently moved and my bottle of veg is currently packed away. that being said I tend to only wear it on Friday's which seems to be the common things among other knights.
I'm wondering what the feeling is about Master's Lilac Vegetol?
I have some in the mail!

I tend to pair it with Tabac which means I’m using it all month for TABACtober. A daily ablution of Tabac and The Veg just makes my day.
I continue to enjoy the Veg, and have a question. After applying the Veg, I experience a noticeable numbing sensation that I do not experience with plain-old Pinaud Clubman. The Veg contains no menthol, and all of the ingredients in the Veg are in the plain-old. Do others experience the same?
I don't recall experiencing the numbing you speak of, but could it be a fragrance oil reaction? Tomorrow will have to be a veg day.
Well, gents, a sample bottle of the Veg is on its way via amazon. Should be here Friday. Mrs. Scandalous likes lilac, we'll see if either of us are chosen.

This razor appears to be a Schick type O head mated with a type L handle. It feels good in the hand and isn't really any more homely looking than the type O. I have never used a Feather injector blade before, so it is hard to compare the razor. The shave was smooth and very close. One pass would have sufficed for any work environment, but I completed my usual three pass shave. The Indigo Oud lathers well and filled the room with a pleasant scent of sawn hardwood.

Ok. Got my sample of the Veg from Amazon. The bottle was leaking a little so I got an early idea of it. Slathered some on my wrists.
First thing. Mrs. Scandalous loves it. She has been chosen. A shieldmaiden, as it were.
Me, well, it's growing on me. The initial note of tour bus bathroom is fading into a nice, well, lilac vegetal scent. I'm going to give it a real test tomorrow. For now, I guess, I'm a squire.

Congrats, @Darth Scandalous! Did you experience any numbing sensation like I described above?
I didn't notice any on my wrists, which of course hadn't been freshly shaved, but I'll pay attention when I actually use it post shave.
Rocking the Veg today, and it's really playing nicely with the Old Spice clone. Great post shave feel. @Frank Shaves no numbing that I could detect but definitely a tingle. I forewent my usual post-post shave argan oil and my skin feels really nice.
Oh, and Mrs. Scandalous splashed some on as perfume this morning, unbeknownst to me. I'm going to have to get a larger bottle, clearly.

So, umm. Very strange thing. My first impression of the scent was tour bus bathroom, as I noted. After that I thought, this isn't bad, but it's waaaaay too much lilac, I don't like it.
And yet...
I've used it the past 3 days out of 4, taken to slapping on a double dose on the face and even a splash on the chest in lieu of cologne. I even splashed a little on before I went to bed last night!

One of the strange things about the Veg is it cannot be overapplied. I've put on several palm-fulls all over my body and the scent is the same as if I just slapped it on my face once and went on my merry way.
Well, gents, I guess it's official. I have been chosen and have accepted the call.
