Here's a soap I don't see mentioned very often. "The Jersey Devil" by Hoffman's

I had a terrific shave this morning and I'm really liking the scent. The scent seemed like it might be a bit too much for me - at least for a lazy Sunday. It seemed more like a Saturday Night scent. But I am really enjoying it. The scent has mellowed out considerably in the nearly 5 hours since my shave, but it's still there and really seems to work well with my body chemistry.

It lathers up with ease and gave me a really slick and comfortable shave with a nice post shave feel.

Well, I hate to tell ya, but The Jersey Devil isn't a Halloween thing. It's more of a local legend from the Jersey Pine Barrens --> Jersey Devil. Evil Pumpkin is their Halloween soap.

Well said! The Jersey Devil (to my nose) smells very classy/sophistocated and not tied to any specific season.
Evil Pumpkin is very nice - makes me think Autumn but I'd still go with it any time of year just 'cause that's how I roll

Yeah, I have both and really enjoy their scent along with the suds you can whip up for an excellent shave.
