Jim...I beg to differ. Your tools are quite nice, but they are impeccably unused! A grill and/or smoker is only as good as what comes off us. Lets see some meat!

Yes, although "crispy" might not be the right word for a bird cooked on the smoker...its not like grilled or roasted skin its more flavorful and jerky like than crackly. I only had a tiny bit of it. My 10 year old daughter gladly takes the cast offs though! Skinny as she is, being a swimmer and all, my wife and I have spent the last few months trying to convince her that poultry skin may taste really good, but its really bad for you. She has been a hard nut to crack.
 
at least she ain't a big gas grill :rolleyes::biggrin:
