I use my #4 for baking cornbread in. Grease it up (Crisco, lard, peanut oil, what ever is your pleasure), stick it in a HOT oven until it is smoke'n, pull it out and pour in the cornbread batter then back in the oven to bake. Crispy all around cornbread. Hard to beat a #4 for this.

Gah! The #4 is the only "common" Griswold size missing from my collection - color me jealous. Though the #3 is pretty much perfect for two eggs IMO.
