The #4 is really a great little pan and very versatile. Eggs, side dishes, etc. I live it!

I use my #4 for baking cornbread in. Grease it up (Crisco, lard, peanut oil, what ever is your pleasure), stick it in a HOT oven until it is smoke'n, pull it out and pour in the cornbread batter then back in the oven to bake. Crispy all around cornbread. Hard to beat a #4 for this.
Looks great! I'll have two eggs from Bob and a big chunk of cornbread please!
