I'm happy to report I've found a wonderful vendor for all my Indian shaving needs and wants! Manish (beyboo) @ Maharaja Shave really hooked me up with this huge haul of creamy Indian goodness!

3x Godrej Menthol Mish

2x Vi-John premium (1 not pictured- currently in use)

1x Park Avenue Royal Musk
10 packs of 7 o'clock black
and a Palmolive nylon brush
(also not pictured 1 Medimix Ayurvedic bath soap- currently in use)

Unlike some other sources of Indian goods, Manish offers fresh products and current deals that are offered instore; the Vi-John Premium was buy 1 get 1 and the Park Avenue's are all offered at 50% more free. In the past, I've bought from an ebay vendor before and was shipped cream that passed its expiration date and my order was also missing an item (which I never received after several emails). Also, Manish takes the time and effort to ensure your goods are properly packaged and shipped via Fedex with tracking; I received my package in about a week in perfect condition, I couldn't be happier.

Overall, I'm very pleased with Maharaja Shave and can't wait to place another order! I'm thinking about stocking up on the Godrej Shaving Rounds as they are impossible to find from anyone else. I highly recommend checking him out and he will definately hook you up; one of the best gents I've dealt with! Shave like a Maharaja!!

I recently traded Manish (beyboo) two pucks of Williams Mug Soap for 4 pucks of Godrej Shaving Rounds. He shipped them International Priority mail, so they showed up really quickly. He was great to do business with.

I think your're going to like those 7 O'Clock Blacks. Those are my blade of choice for my travel set-ups.

Godrej is a great cream as well.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did this order cost you? I'm thinking about getting a 2000 gm order. I'd like to get what you got, plus some Indian OS shave cream and AS.


BTW, Indian shave products must be pretty darned great. Every Indian man I've ever worked with or met always seemed to have a great shave. Must be something to that. I've PMed Manish with a request for a price.

They are pretty darned great. I've run into a dud or two (I didn't have much success, if at all, with Park Avenue Royal Musk and the Old Spice is finicky with water, though I like it) most of the products have been great. Godrej in particular is just a notch below the top English stuff in terms of latherability and slickness. And the Menthol Mist is the coldest cream I've encountered.

They are nice blades, but I think the Russian greens may be better.
