The great blade vote!

I get good results from Wilkerson. Tried Derby (they came with my EJ last month), and found them more forgiving, but pulled on the third shave. To fill out the rest of the week, I loaded an Israel Personna, to see how that works in an EJ.

Note: my blade experience is limited to Dorco, Personna, Derby, Wilkerson, and Bic.

This is a great thread! I was going back and forth between Polsilver and Voskhod before I saw the last poll on this thread. As a result I pulled out a Gillette Silver Blue from a sampler that I tried a year ago, inserted it into my Merkur Classic and shaved with it this morning. The shave was awesome! I achieved a bbs with only 2 passes (ATG twice) with no irritation. That was 7 hours ago and I'm still rubbing my face in admiration! So thanks to the participants of this discussion I do believe I have settled on my every day blade.

This is such a cool post. I have read through all of the posts here and I may have to rethink some things:

Voskhods are my favorite but they are only fourth.
PolSilver are my second favorite but they rated better.
Feathers are the worse for me and they are voted number one.

Does this mean I am not normal?

Another vote for Feather. I went to them too early in my shaving journey, but now there is not another blade I would chose whenever I pick up my DE.
