The coolest razor you can't use

Cruising the bay this morning for a new razor to try out and I found this. I can't afford it, have no realistic use for it, but I really want it!

The small razor below it is an actual razor and shown for scale. The listing says it's 16" long and weighs over 10lbs. A seriously cool conversation or advertising piece for a shave den or store. I have no connection to or vested interest in this item, just thought it'd share it with the brethren.
It's a Buy It Now and I don't think I'm breaking the posting rules but if I'm in error, Mods please delete and accept my apologies.

Toothpick

Needs milk and a bidet!
$1,000? if it was priced below $100 i might consider it. no way for anything more. I don't see the value being anywhere close to what its listed as.

It is cool though. Bet it cleans up nice

I saw a super tiny safety razor at an antique shop this past week. I mean this thing was about an inch long. Fun stuff!

If it was priced at $100 it would've already been paid for and on the way to my house! Ha! I agree with you though, $1000 is pretty steep.

My favorite is a Myatt Ladies Razor. It's about the same size as the more familiar Kewtie but breaks down smaller and comes with a carrying case and leather pouch. That being said, I'd love to have one of these giant display razors, just not for a mortgage payment.

It's worth every penny of a thousand. These were for display at conventions, and barbershops. Some have gone on towards $5,000 at certain auctions. If I had a barbershop I'd have snapped it up.
