Chris worked his magic again! Recently acquired an F1 FatBoy that needed some TLC. Received it back today with just a one week turn around. Anxious to give it a try. Kudos to Chris!

I'm sure Chris's pictures are better than I would produce, so here are pictures of my birth year/quarter Slim Adjustable in mirror nickel and my 1941 Ranger in nickel/gold. Super fast turnaround and fantastic communication from Chris!
Just got my Super Speed C1, being my birth year and quarter, back from Chris, who did an absolutely fantastic job.

I also had a Gillette British 58 have a service as the head was not in alignment with the handle, again a perfect job and couldn't be happier bringing this one back to life. Its now my favourite razor, it shaves so smooth!

Box for this just showed up. One of the gold aristocrats was a repair only but the rest are replates. Will have to take more detailed pictures later. A Slim, Fatboy, and President done in Nickel. A New Improved Tuckaway and ~1946 Aristocrat in Gold and a New Deluxe and New Goodwill heads done in Gold. Will have to take my Backroads gold Replate group picture now as well as all the replates

This just arrived today. Chris had this listed on eBay with a disclosure about the door being off. This is meant to be a user (bought a Sheraton, liked it, so that needs to be sold before I replate that too). The pre-plating shows look like there may have been tiny marks but nothing there that I can see and the doors appearing to be much improved as they look amazing in real life. Will have to take my own pictures when the wife isn't around to think I‘m crazy.
So earlier I got a Goodwill head, 46 Aristocrat and an early President replated. Thought doing an aristocrat in other than gold was sacrilege, couldn’t help but like my nickel President. So my ”cheap“ Aristocrat went out to be done in nickel and a proper ball end handle was done for my goodwill (Chris was nice enough to send an extra box for it). He did some other great work for me as well.
Decided to post the whole evolution starting with my nickel Milord to satisfy my 1946 ranger head craze.
Now I’m just keeping my eyes open for a shoulderless bar handle at a reasonable price to do in gold for my deluxe head.

Are those nickel or rhodium? I'm debating rhodium for my pre war Tech.
Slim is nickel, aristocrat is white platinum

I don’t think Chris/BRG does rhodium currently, there’s an FAQ on his website about it.
