Thayers Witch Hazel Lemon

Gents, I just wanted to say that I just purchased a bottle of Thayers lemon scent. Since I began wet shaving, I have always like the thayers witch hazel product as my aftershave. My face always feels refreshed and soothed after. I am sure that I will love this lemon scent during a hot summer day!

I have most of a bottle left. It does have that cleaning-product lemon scent, unfortunately, but it's good enough stuff to make me ok with it. Are the other scents better? Or should I get some unscented when I'm ready for a new bottle?

I have rose petal scented and it is very subtle scented.

I started with Dickinson's and decided to try Thayers Original Witch Hazel with Aloe. I'm glad I did! I really enjoy the aloe addition and the scent is far better than Dickinson's. Sure, it's pricier but I sometimes caught a 'urine' smell from the Dickinson's if my body temp rose... I think I'm going to pick up the Lemon scent for summer too...

Thayer's and all of their different "flavors" is where I pretty much started in the world of aftershaves. Since then I've learned to appreciate just the basic drugstore kind with a few drops of glycerin in a spray bottle and an old fashioned apothecary style label.

I just have a bottle of Target witch hazel decanted into an 8oz. apothecary bottle. It's what I reach for when I plan on applying sunscreen.

Hello wagstaff,I have 2 other scented Thayers witch hazel. The rose which is,I agree,subtle, and the Peach(with aloe),which is absolutely wonderful, Its top notch,IMO. Craig

I've used the cucumber, lavender, and aloe, and I like all 3.

I bought samplers of all, and a larger bottle of most for a variety. The rose really does not do much for me, most rose scents do not. Lemon I like but my favorite is the peach. It smells like freshly peeled peaches, but the scent quickly disappears.

Thayers Lemon is the only Thayers with chamomile FWIW.
