Thank you Lee's Razors

I just wanted to post up about my recent experience with Lee's Razors. I have purchased various item's for Lee over the past few years. My latest was my Simpson's Case brush I bought for travel ( purchased back in April). Well I have been using it on and off over the last few months and the darn thing just kept shedding 5-10 hairs per shave. Long story short here.... I just bought more blades from Lee and I decided to give him a ring to tell him about the brush. I was not expecting ANYTHING from him I simply wanted to get his expert opinion to see if I need to try something different with the brush to get it to stop shedding. The first things out of his mouth were that he would replace the brush, I ended up going with Edwinn Jagger "case" style brush and love it so far.

At the end of the day I wanted everyone to know that Lee is a true professional and stands behind his products. Like i said, i never expected making that phone call would yeild me a brush but in his eyes since I had been having problems he needed to fix the issue. What great customer service you don't see that much these days and I greatly appreciate it and will continue to give Lee my business.

PS- super quick shipping considering I got it in 2 business days and he's on the East coast and I am on the west coast!
 
I've only ordered once from him, but it was a great experience. Fast shipping (I'm on the west coast, too) and he included a handful of samples!
 
Very Cool! I have been reading posts like this quite often on this site. It seems that the wet shaving vendors have some of the best customer service around!!
 
That is great to know. I will look him up to see if he has what I am looking for the next time I need to make an order.

Just did my first transaction with Lee's. Wow. Super quick service, quality products....etc. I will definitely use Lee's again. (and, no...I'm not his first cousin nor business partner not do I have any connection with Lee's but I am a very satisfied customer and I appreciate it when someone runs a quality business).
 
Lee whelped me with my first ever big order. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me because the list is long. He ships free to APO/FPO addresses while deployed making that one less worry for me. He even helped me out with something else I needed. A true gentleman. I haven't needed much since, but will do all of my supply shopping with him.
