Made some tasty goop using chuck roast, two kinds of peppers, ancho and gaudilo, onion, chili powder, paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano, tomato paste, and beef broth. Also tossed in a touch of cinnamon, sugar and vinegar. Tasted wonderful. I could hear my departed Kansas farmer-dad sayin, "Dawg-gawnnit, thayat's goood!" Think I will try some on fried eggs tomorrow.
