writing text for text post here and attaching file in attached file but not clicking insert to insert. Where does the photo go, he asks himself before hitting post reply

Now, then, getting a feel for where the photo goes, hitting insert and adding to main body of message instead of in the attachments section as above. So, can I type all this above the photo and then continue typing below the photo?

This is intended to go after the photo. Also resized the photo to be rather small, and will see if that works.
