The building behind the player hitting the backhand reminds me of the General Classroom Building at Denver University. DU’s courts are on Asbury on the north side of the street.
There is the possibility that I’m wrong.

That is a good bit of photography.
It is tough to get a good image when the action is moving towards the camera.

Yes, good memories. My doubles partner would not allow any ball zooming over his head to go out. We lost a lot of matches due to his inability to let it go.

I hope today that we've all found time to appreciate the simple, child-like, joy in seeing Novak Djokovic being put to the sword by Rafa in Paris once again! Such a pleasure is, I think, a central tenet of the human condition.

Just saw a fellow Dutch guy (Koolhof) win the mixed doubles final at Roland Garros. It has been a while since we have had a Dutch GS winner. Great performance and a well deserved result!
By the way, i saw Ruud hammering away at Rune yesterday.... was also a great match.
