Tennesse Centennial Razor??

Not a straight razor guy (Old Type Gillette is my bag) but a customer showed me a straight that she picked up at an estate sale.

I didn't get a photo but it is German made and the blade is marked "Tennessee Centennial and International Exposition 1797-1897" on the blade.

Has anyone ever saw or heard of one of these?
