Teeth Whiteners

Have any of you used any of the teeth whiteners?
I was looking at the strips but just saw a commercial for the trays from Aquafresh.
I'm on the fence over which to purchase.
Actually, I haven't a clue what to even look for in a teeth whitener.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ever tried using hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash? That works really well for me. I use a 1 or 2% solution to rinse/gargle with.

I mean obviously it can be done but is that safe?

I think these are all gimics. The best way for whitening teeth is to get a dentist to do it professionally.

Well sure that's an option but very expensive one

Truthfully, any will do, as they all contain the same active ingredient. I've tried a couple different brands and they all work the same (which is actually very well)
