Found floating in the Bay last week - I poked around here & perused Mr. Razor but can't come up with an identification of this razor .. handle & head appear to be black, like PVD?

It's a slot handled ball tip Tech which was sold/distributed during the WWII era. It is painted brass. They usually came in black bakelite cases, but undoubtedly came in others, as well. Very nice catch! I'm envious.

Thank you sir - the Blue blades are still wrapped in plastic! I just found it at Mr. Razor - identified there only as "1945 Contract Tech".
