Green tea with Manuka honey for me

For over a decade, I have been drinking Yerba Mate which is a traditional drink of the Tupi-Guarani. It's a variety of holy that grows in Paraguay and Brazil.

Red Rose English Breakfast.

I've tried all sorts of different teas and always come back to this. Nice thing is I can buy it at the local grocery store.

Red Rose has become my morning tea ever since l stopped coffee and started on tea last labor day weekend. It works for me.

Due to cold weather back to a standard pick up: Thiele Broken Silber (loose leaf broken East Fresian blend of heavy tangy Assams) with Milk (an Eastfrisian would kill me for that sacrilege), 6g tea, 250ml boiling water, 3 minutes, no sugar.
