Tawn shaving soap

I recently picked up a vintage "grooming kit" - Tawn SS and AS.

In searching B&B I see that a couple of members claim to have used Tawn shaving soap - any impressions (you know who you are) - has anyone else run into this stuff?

I have an unused puck of this stuff in a vintage, burgundy-colored Bakelite bowl but I haven't used it yet. I'd be interested in some impressions, too.

very nice vintage soap - actually reminded me of MWF - no scent!

easy lathering, cushiony, creamy, slick... I like it very much.
