Tang stamp on a vintage Japanese Triumph

I have this razor for a while now and I was wondering what does the stamp on the tang means or stands for. Is there anyone from Japan or someone who knows/speaks Japanese to shed some light? Thanks!

I think that stamp is in chinese, not japanese

Edit: Second guess about cheekbones was maybe wrong as
my chinese friend says my initial guess was right about a deity called zhong kui

When I try with google translate the stamp on the tail, the last character also reports back as Kui. The first part was too faint and fuzzy for the camera to pick up. The stamp further up on the tang was difficult to try as the first character is covered by the scales.

Looks like it was stamped to cost one Bitcoin. :c1: That is a nice touch.
