Taking a vote!

You can see my first thread here of all of the things that I ordered for my hubby.

http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showth...usband-and-running-his-startup-set-by-you-all!

Everything was set to arrive TOMORROW (Saturday) but it everything except the basket arrived today!!

I'm super impatient...so...taking a vote.

Give it all to him today in a pretty gift bag or wait until tomorrow for the basket?!

And I wanted to put a little note in there...is something like this too cheesy: "Because the man of my dreams deserves only the manliest of things. Love, Your Wife"

Let me know, guys! I'm probably more excited than he will be. Lol.

I would probably wait for the basket that way it is the whole package the way you wanted to give it. As for the note, when it comes to romance there's no such thing as "too cheesy".

Oh, and shaving stuff is pretty badass. Maybe not honey badger badass, but still pretty badass. :biggrin1:

Make sure you frame the note and put it in yours and his "shave den" so that it can be enjoyed every day. It is to nice of a thing to say to not frame it and treasure it forever.

Oh and wait for the basket.... :001_smile

As my late mother in law once said "It is not a gift unless it is wrapped" This would hold true for your gift. Without the basket it is not "wrapped"

I would wait for the basket (I love telling "super impatient" people to be patient :biggrin1:). I could try to add to or revise your note but I would only make it cheesier :001_wub:.... it's perfect the way it is. It's coming from you and that's what matters most. He will love it.

Well, this isn't a democracy. I caved! I know!!! But I got to looking at the dimensions on the basket and it was rather large...something I obviously didn't notice. So I stopped by the pharmacy here in town to check for a gift bag and they had an awesome brushed bronze pail and they gift wrapped it beautifully in the store for me! For only $7...couldn't be it. So gave him the gift. He loves it...but he shaved last night. So I think he'll wait until morning to use it.
