Best prices around for Tabac (and other brands.) Fast service, too. I got both of my orders less than 48 hours after placing them, even using the default FREE ground shipping.
They sometimes sell out of certain items ... for example, I waited 2 months for them to return the Tabac deodorant stick to inventory. You can get on their mailing list, and they will notify you immediately when the item(s) you want are back in stock.
Save your receipts from each order. They contain a coupon code for an additional discount from you next purchase.

If all you want is the Tabac Shaving Soap with bowl, by all means, I would go with FragranceX for $13.99 and free shipping. But, this thread began by asking for the cologne, aftershave, and soap with bowl, so let's compare:

Let me also state that I DO NOT work for this company nor do I know anyone who does. I just consider myself a frugal buyer willing to research the best price I can find on anything I might wish to buy. I've ordered from Perfume Network now on 3 different occasions, and my order always arrives within 3 days or less. After my first order, they started emailing me weekly with coupon codes for discounts on my next order. Yes, they charge a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for orders up to $99.99; after that, it's free. Free shipping doesn't mean anything when your item prices are much higher than the competition! If anyone finds anywhere the prices are better, please post them up, so we can all save more money.
I probably messed up the link to their website in my earlier post. I've visited their website many times both at home and at work. At work, we have over 1000 employees nationwide with all computers controlled by a Network Information Systems Department. I've never experienced any malware or other issues at either computer from visiting this site.

I ordered the Tabac ASL and EdC from them last Thursday. Still waiting on the delivery, but the price is good. Of course, i was a little peeved because the site says it has Knize 10 in stock but when you try to order it...no soup. Good prices on a lot of products though
