Sure, you can put it in any bowl. You could grate it and press it in. It will stick to the walls. It works great!
Make sure there are no glass shards stuck in the puck anywhere.

If you are like me, and you are an amazing clutz, you should just accept that anything breakable will one day be dropped. 
Accept this as truth from the day you buy the product: everyday you have with the product is one to savor, and enjoy it. Just live knowing that today could be the last day you enjoy the product.
Actually, that's pretty sound advice for all things in life, as we are never guaranteed tomorrow; all we have is today, and this moment in time.
P.S. I have this super sweet looking multicolored brown mug I used to soak my brush. I am sure I will break it one day. Old Spice Mugs, total goners, I am sure their time is coming. I once had a Georgetown Scuttle; sold it before I had a chance to break it. My prized coffee mugs that have sentimental value, they are goners too. Everything I own that is breakable is a ticking time bomb in my hands.

Tabac is one soap that I would never want to put in an nondescript bowl/mug. The Tabac bowl is so retro and cool! You need to just get a whole new one....unfortunately.
Sorry to hear about your Tabac breakage but why were you smacking it against the countertop? 
I'm waiting to fumble the MWF dish someday, too. It'll be something like today's episode with the box of cereal, left partially on top of the refrigerator, that tumbled down to the cup of cranberry juice in my hand, splashing the juice on my white shirt. I did not drop the cup, but I did drop some colorful language!
Sorry to hear about your loss. Maybe someone around here can install rubber shave den floors so this doesn't have to happen to another klutz, namely me.

Sorry to hear that. When shaving with Tabac, and being somewhat of a cluts, its a very tense shave until the bowl is back the bathroom drawer.
Its also why I enjoy CADE and the aluminium bowl, when its dropped it bounces straight back.

BTW, ya gotta replace it. It just looks right as a part of the shave den. A wooden bowl doesn't seem like a proper replacement. I hope to get one when the price is right...
I firmly believe that Murphy was an optomist, which is why mine is in a plastic Ziploc container. Not pretty, but it will bounce on the tile floor in my bathroom.

Mama Bears has the best wooden bowls. I have a TOBS wooden bowl and Mama Bears and the Mama Bears puts the TOBS to shame. I think she still has them on special on her site. Also, if you check her vendor thread, she also made mention of giving away some of her plastic tubs.
Use the puck as a shave stick and buy a new bowl. And a few replacement pucks!

At least tell me the soap survived.
I was coming in from outside, the soap fell on the slate pathway from the shower, I then got really mad and threw the whole thing into the woods, but it did have shards in it. SO I will be ordering a replacement along with a Slant I have been coveting, so all is not lost.
