Tabac film?

Does anyone else notice a white film from using Tabac?

I noticed that my razor gets a white film all over the head and blade, as well as a film that coats my sink. I cant seem to get the film off of the razor or sink no matter how much I rinse.

Is this just a function of using a tallow based soap?

Probably just soap scum. Scrubbing Bubbles should take care of it.

Rub it off with a towel, rinsing won't help. It's just the soap.

I get that with all soaps.. some more than others, but hard to tell becuase I rotate around.. scrubbing bubbles will clean that razor right off

I get this from shaving creams more than i do soaps. I keep a boar bristle hand and nail brush on the sink. I use it to scrub the sides of the sink when I'm finished.

I get that with all my shaving creams and soaps. It is just soap scum. If it bothers you, use scrubbing bubbles once in a while (only on the razor -- not the blade).
