T&H Sandalwood Shaving cream

Just ordered a tub of theire new shaving cream, can't wait to try it out.

Apparently, it's of the 'new formulation' line. Similar consistency and performance to the Ultimate Comfort, which is a tad different than the other creams. Looking forward to hearing what you think of it.

This is on my christmas list. I love Sandalwood, just got through with some AOS and I am looking forward to hopefully trying T&H.

T&H's new sandalwood has been in my rotation for over a month now, and although I do like it, I like the AOS sandalwood a bit better. Nonetheless, the T&H lathers great and lasts forever.

What exactly brings you to like AOS better?
I have a puck myself and find the more I use it, the less of a Sandalwood scent it has, and more of a clay scent.
Performance wise, I do like it, but am on the lookout for more.
I've used the AOS cream, which has a much better scent, and is nearly on par (without the tallow) with performance.

The T&H sandalwood cream seems to not have much scent to it. I've had T&H creams in my rotation for the last 7 years and have always been pleased with the strength of the scent except for the new sandalwood.

I have not used the AOS soap, but the cream to me had a good strong (not overpowering) scent.

Yes please let us know. The AOS cream is my favorite Sandlewood because of the scent. I have never tried the soap and was not aware it contained tallow. Have I overlooked this do they all contain tallow?

I just got a sample of QSS sandalwood and will be giving it a go here in the next few days. For those that like soaps, I suggest you pick up a sample, it is very pleasant smelling though I will not be able to comment on performance until tonight when I try it.

Got the cream in the mail today and put it to work right away. Yes, consistency is a little different from the 1805 cream I got but that’s hardly noticeable. I LOVE the smell but sadly it gets pretty diluted when making the lather. Other than that I really like it.
