T&H Rooney 1/1 loft

Anyone have a 1/1 from Truefitt & Hill? What's the loft on that sucker? It sounds like it varies, so I'm curious what the range is like and what's about average.

I've seen the loft of the Rooney 1/1 (which AFAIK is the same as T&H 1/1) listed as 44 mm. I don't own either, so I can't help too much. You could try giving them a call - they have great customer service!

Below is a picture of the brush from classicshaving. It lists the loft as 48mm

Go ahead and give them a call to verify. Don't forget to mention badger and blade too as it gives you a discount...and I believe someone else said free shipping too if you order over the phone.

Thanks, guys. I've been on the fence for a while about getting a Rooney, and I think I finally decided to get a 1/1 from T&H. I hear great things about Jim and his Vintageblades site, but alas, I'm a sucker for the color and logo of the T&H branded Rooneys. Planning on calling them up tomorrow...

My T&H 1/1 is set at 45mm.

The lofts will vary since some vendors like Jim are able to get custom (usually shorter) lofts from the manufacturer...I've seen the 1/1 range from the 44mm to about 48-49mm...the brush nole has shown is the finest...I guarantee you won't find it at the vendor but the handle is a common one for Rooney...
