If you can get the rice down you got it made. We use to make sushi a lot before kids. We had parties where everyone would make a roll or two. The ingredients got pricey with sushi grade fish, flying fish eggs and what not. Even veggie sushi is tasty once ya dip it in wasabi and soy sauce. Cucumbers, avocado, grated carrots are all ya need. As well as a good supply of unfiltered sake to get everyone ready to chow down.
