I changed my procedure a bit this morning and got the best bowl of lather ever. I was using a Trumpler super badger brush, T&H cream and a custom scuttle. What I did different was to rinse my brush, then got called away so left the brush damp for about 30 minutes, then I went back, warmed the scuttle, rinsed the brush again, dipped it into the but of cream then as soon as it hit the scuttle the lather almost exploaded. I have never seen lather form that quickly.
Super lather this morning.
