Anyone else use the sun to freshen up their brushes? Just purchased a new badger that I was so excited to use I jumped right in and shaved with it a handful of times. There was a def funk to it I couldn't get rid of. Today I wet it with hot water and let it rest in direct northern Colorado sunshine. Two hours in, and the funk is gone.......

Just make sure your dog can't get to it!
Solar radiation is a great disinfectant because it rips apart organic molecules - the same molecules that make up hair. I wouldn't want to do that to often.
I like the badger smell so I enjoy it while it lasts.
