I prefer mild razors and like the EJ89, Gillette Tech, Slim set to 3 so far. I have a Super Speed that I haven't tried yet, but anticipate it's in the range.
Slim is probably the way to go as it gives you more variations (settings + different blades) to dial in your ideal.

Three possibles:
EJ DE89 -- mild by design.
Weishi -- aluminum, milder than the EJ DE89, inexpensive.
Merkur Progress -- adjustable. On its 1-5 scale, about 2 or 2.5 is as mild as the EJ DE89. 1 and 1.5 are milder. Not cheap, but it may save you money in the long run, since you can turn the knob, instead of buying another razor.

Plus one on the Blue tip Super Speed. Very forgiving even with a Feather blade. Take your time, enjoy the shave.
