Suggestions for Lime Shaving Cream

Now that I have a week of DE shaving under my belt and I felt like a veteran , I'd like to look at my second choice for a shaving cream. I'm currently using TOBS Sandalwood. With Spring and Summer coming up, I'd like the idea of Limes as my next choice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't tried the QCS lime shaving cream yet, but their key lime aftershave balm is really nice. I think QCS nails the natural lime scent, whereas lime scented products from other companies often smell artificially sweet and/or chemically.

Not a fan of Castle Forbes - great cream but weak lime scent. Old Spice Lime or Godrej are good. T&H West Indian Lime is a good cream, but the lime is somewhat artificial smelling. Works great with Pinaud Lime Sec, though.

I really like the Castle Forbes lime, I also have GFT and TOBS lemon/lime. I prefer the CF but any of them will give a fantastic shave.
GFT is a bit more perfume-ey
TOBS smells a bit like a cleaning product
CF is like Key Lime Pie.

+1 on the OS Lime. If there is an Indian grocery in your area, you might check to see if they stock any Indian OS products.

Taconic Taquila Lime. Great lather and scent.

TOBS Lemon and Lime. You could also try Vulfix Sicilian Lime. The Vulfix smells great and lathers really well, it's properly creamy, as opposed to a croap.

TOBS have just launched a Grapefruit cream - it's just hit their website. I picked up a tub in the shop the other day, and it's very good.

I think the Citrus creams make for an excellent start to the day. If I was forced to use scents from only one group, it would be citrus scents.

i asked the same question back when i started and got steered to castle forbes. it is not bad, but imo not worth the price. i like QED and mama bear lime soaps better for a lot less money.

I think that Around the World Market in Durham is still stocking Godrej's Fresh Lime shave cream--for a whopping $3/tube. Drop on by and pick some up on your trip to the Triangle.

Yes. I have tried a half dozen Limes. This is a great cream (best IMHO) with the true scent of limes to it. Wonderful thick lather

I'm overwhelmed with all the suggestions. You're a great bunch of guys. Gives me something to think about this weekend. Have thought about giving QCS Key Lime a try as they are local. I'll let everyone know my final decision. Again, thanks for your advice.
