Suggestions for Kentucky Bourbons only found in Kentucky.

I am looking for suggestions for Kentucky bourbons that are only found in Kentucky or limited to a few states. I have lives in Kentucky for a few years and the time has come for my family to relocate to Baton Rouge. I would like to pick up a couple of bottles before I move so that I will have them for future enjoyment. Once I leave the state I will probable never be back so I want to take a little part with me.

From experience honestly good luck, you're not gonna find very many limited items. Talking with a number of liquor store owners in Lexington, a lot of the more rare bourbons goes to friends/family, people who are wiling to get on their "buyers" list, or wait ones in line at the exact date of release. Otherwise the vast majority of the rare stuff apparently gets shipped out. I go to Kentucky 3-4 times a year, the availability of any of the unique bourbons I used to be able to find has vastly decreased. Now I can find more rare items in MN, and for better prices! Very strange times...

One pointed difference would be some of the collector derby bottles that Woodford makes, those you can usually only get in KY, and the artwork on the bottles is pretty cool. Same Woodford as in the regular bottles though.

I am more of a budget buyer, but I was in KY yesterday, and will tell you what I bought- Mellow Corn and a 1.75 of 100 proof Very Old Barton Bottled In Bond. The Mellow Corn is unusual as it is 80% Corn in it's mash bill, and is about $11 bucks. The 100 proof VOB is very high quality for the price point ($22 for a 1.75) and has a very distinctive bottle.
