How they cut corners to make extra $ on a ‘high end’ (more accurately high cost) product!!
I have seen a number of shoes taken to the shoe shine/repair shop in the Pentagon, where a heel or sole has come unglued on what would otherwise have been an wonderful set of leather uppers.
