Strayberry season came early this year, and boy does it taste good. We're lucky enough to live in southern California where we can drive right up to the strawberry patches and buy them picked same day. There's not much better than eating strawberries right off the plants. We've noticed an increase in the number of strawberry farms around here lately, where used to be empty lots. Nice to see.
