Congratulations, that's a very fine razor, just watch out for the spike or it'll give your ear a love bite.

Thanks PB. Shaves beautifully. Am sure I need to work on my honing as factory edge felt very good. NB I'm newish to honing but this felt genuinely very nice with light stropping. 6/8" blade good to control as slightly shorter than some due to the very gentle round heel.
Picked up this 5/8 Dixie with tortoise scales. First shave went well. May pick up a couple more of these vintage blades

"Look what I found"
From today’s dirt mall, two diamonds in the rough. A Grah & Plümacher "Silver Ring" 5/8+ and a W&B FBU 8/8. The Grah has a nicely done worked spine and is in a VG condition. The W&B did not have the same good life. Over the decades, lost one half of the horn scales and most of the high collar washers. The blade is a fat 8/8 but will need a haircut repairing the bevel.
Wouldn't necessarily post this blade, but I am curious if anyone knows the manufacturer. The squiggles on the tang are the only markings. I bought it from Larry Andro, but he had it listed as unknown. I got it as a spare while my other is out for honing. Had my first shave with it today, and Larry's honing is great.
Does this look worth bidding on?

Given no visible defects in the remaining 11 pics, I’d say definitely worth bidding on. 
For sure at that price....looks good based on pics of course.

Does anyone know anything about “Tennis razors” ?? I picked up this very nice tennis razor on eBay recently for a great price . It’s a 7/8” and was incorrectly marked as an Ern. Looks like a good razor and I’ve read these blades hold a great edge . Any input would be amazing .
Cape 650, 11/16, with French Point
Does anyone know the age of this Cape 650? My Google Foo is falling short...
Crown Razor, Boston Mass., from the wild, original coffin, not much hone wear, about 11/16 with a slight smile, definitely discounted from the 1920 (?) price, adjusted for inflation...
