Straight pour of bourbon, neat, what is your go to pick

Once I tried Rye whiskey....I could never go back to bourbon. I'll relax with a glass of Bulleit Rye, or Templeton Rye in the evenings. Sometimes I'll use 1 ice cube. Both whiskeys are super smooth, and very aromatic and flavorful. I think Bulleit is $29.99 and the Templeton $35.

Basil Hayden, Elija Craig, Larceny are my favorite bourbons for the money.
For rye, Bulleit. and if you can find it, Wild Turkey makes a nice rye.

Just got a bottle of this from a friend in Kentucky. Apparently it's the new "it" bourbon, but I don't think it's distributed outside of the state yet. Smooth.

I’m a fan of Bulleit Rye. But my go to is Clyde May’s. My first introduction was their Alabama Style Whiskey. I also like their Straight Bourbon. And I just learned they have a Straight Rye that I’m going to have to try.

Many moons ago. .. I lived off of fern creek rd in louisville. ☺

Today? Jefferson Reserve or Michters are my go-tos.

Clyde Mays is excellent stuff. I’m also a big fan of Larceny.
