After 20 years with absolutely no maintenance whatsoever, the primer bulb on my Stihl SH56C Blower/Mulcher Vacuum dry rotted and went Kaput!
Surprisingly, it still started every time without a prime. But today, the weather was nice and I decided to pick up a new primer bulb as well as a new air filter and new spark plug. That's right, 20 years without ever changing either and the thing still ran like a new machine.
It took me about 20 minutes to complete the change out of the three components.
It really feels good to do my own work and fix my own equipment.
Looks like it will probably now outlive me.
