Gents, I am in the market for some black boots. I did not want to spend too much money so I found this brand on some of the discount shoe sites. I have never heard of this brand. Is this a quality brand? Where are the boots made? They are cheap so I assume they are cheaply made but I wanted to hear from you guys. Thanks.

Never mind. I looked at one of the boots that appealed to me. I read the description and it stated polyethylene tops. In other words vinyl. No thanks. It reminds me of when I was a boy and mom bought me a new pair of shoes from Payless.
I had a pair of sneakers from them and they were super uncomfortable. Looked good, but I hated to wear them, so they just sat.
