the USS Saratoga in StarTrek 4 ? it declares yellow alert when they aproach the probe which following the events, disables them,

which is a bit confusing becuase the answer to this is the same as the answer to the last question, you being sneaky ?

Actually I was thinking of the USS Excelsior going to Yellow Alert in space dock. Kirk was stealing the enterprise. I think that was ST3.
