Anyone tried St. James of London Cedarwood Post-Shave who could talk about the scent and how well it works?

I bought a tub on a whim. wonderful scent, not-so-good lather (it may be my lather-building still needs work), so-so efficacy. It hasn't given me a great shave yet.

Frankly, I think Creighton's mid-market product, Real Shaving Co., is a better cream and far better value.

Right now, I've got in my shave den SJoL Cedarwood, AoS Sandlewood, Real Shaving Co and a puck of Williams. I'm just not sure when I'll be using this again--probably when I run out of everything else and I'm left with this and the Williams. But, even then, I may want to try Proraso.

Sounds excellent! I'll definitely add it to my fairly lengthy list of things to get. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts if you decide to pick some up.

Just bought some last night to go with my cream. The smell is, of course, fantastic and still traces on me at a quarter to five.
