Calling all absinthe drinkers!!!
I'm still relatively new to absinthe and am limited to what is available in my local area. So far I've only been able to try Lucid and Kubler. I have seen the Grande Absente (the real stuff not the pastise) as well.
While doing a search, I've came across a mentioning of this label, St. George Absinthe Verte, and was wondering if any of you gentelmen have tried this yet? Apparently it is the first absinthe legally produced in the US since the lifting of the ban.
I much prefer Kubler to Lucid but I am eager to try a good verte. How does the St. George compare to the Lucid or other vertes?
Also, what other labels that are currently available in the U.S. would you recommend?
Thanks!
