Squeaky TTO mechanism fix?

What do you do with a Superspeed or, say, a Slim Adjustable that has perfectly functioning but squeaky TTOs? Can you use 3-in-one household oil? If so, where do you put it?

Thanks in advance.

I find a drop of Baby Oil down the center does the trick.
Baby Oil is just mineral oil so it won't go rancid, or leave a residue like WD40 or other such household lube.
Plus - No nasty oil smell on a device you put right under your nose.

I once used WD 40 to oil up a squeaky Red Tip--I then lathered up with AOS sandalwood and put the razor to my face.

The combination of the two nearly forced my stomach contents to make a 180.

In my short experience of these things, if it's squeaky it means there is soap residue inside. All the dirty squeaky ones I've cleaned stopped doing that after the soap was gone so might pay to give it a good soaking/cleaning.

Otherwise I use Singer sewing machine oil, if it has a smell I can't smell it, same as the other light oils I guess.
