Spoiled by B&B Vendors

I just want to take a moment and sing the praises of the fine vendors that are affiliated with this site. Their customer service, products, and pride in what they do really shows.

I know there are differing opinions about ordering items from the B&B vendors versus ordering from other larger distributors. Tonight I saw the difference between the two sources and now I will only use B&B vendors and hobbyists for soap/cream purchases.

Agreed! So many of our brethren offer products at great prices and with superb service, why go anywhere else?

The two companies I buy from could give MBA level lectures on customer service. I've had a couple of problems with orders that were made good quickly, efficiently and with a great attitude.
