Might be different once the stones settle in a bit. You can always just put them on a scale to compare.
Just weighed the two stones.
Soft ark: 7 3/4x3x1 = 851 grams
Hard ark: 8x3x1 = 791 grams.

I learned a great trick for testing scales. The US mint requires accuracy beyond most needs, so any nickel from pocket change that isnt beat up weighs exactly 5.00 grams. With most larger stones above several hundred grams in weight you can extrapolate pretty decent accuracy.
