SE SOTD, Friday, December 20th 2024

Razor : Yaqi Romulus SE 316SSP with a Yaqi Chippendale 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2023>, mild to tame mid range. Excellent machining, finish with a simple clamping design(very hard to manufacture small SS Parts IMO).
Blade : Kai Captain Titian mild pink(2) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Speick stick, nice mild herbal scented soap with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Ferrari" 24mm boar bristle knot. Very soft and nice face feel knot with a nice handle to hold.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King Louis Lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Romulus SE with a Kai CTMP blade .

Comments	This was the second consecutive shave with the Timeless Razor/PolSilver combination The Timeless Razor always gives me a close and smooth shave and with the PolSilver blade works nicely in this razor. Today’s brush is a Rooney 1/3 Silvertip Badger. This is my only Rooney Brush and I wish I had purchased another one when I had the chance. This was the 35th shave with the Cella soap. The lather of the Cella continues to be rich and slick. This was a perfect BBS shave. Have a great day and weekend, folks.
