Prep: Hot towel
Razor: Rockwell 6S – #3
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock SharpEdge (Yellow) just to see if it's as smooth as 'they' say.
Brush: Rooney Heritage 2XL Jade
Soap: Denton Majik: Unscented (Gamechanger) another new soap.
Post: CeraVe moisturising lotion..
the 'Yellow' was a touch too much for my liking, but thankfully the Denton Majik: Gamechanger offers a very protective lather, and a wonderful post shave feel, so all's well that ends well.
Born and raised in NJ, my grandparents on both sides immigrated from Italy. All Italian shave tonight, except for the razor, which is a tribute to my father. He passed five years ago now, and had a birthday earlier this month. He was a SE guy, and had a Pushbutton just like this one, and a Featherweight too if I remember correctly. Happy Birthday Dad!
Razor: Karve CB with D plate
Blade: Personna Platinum
Soap: Canada Shaving Soap
Brush: Parker badger
Head shave only tonight, my face will have to wait until tomorrow.
I’ve never used a Platinum Chrome for a head shave before, and it delivered the goods
It took down 7 days growth with no problem and minimal harshness. Usually with a weeks growth this razor tends to clog a bit, but with the Platinum Chrome this problem disappeared. Weird.
The Karve and Canada Shaving Soap are both from where I was born and still live, with the soap from Ontario where I live now. I couldn’t narrow it down to the city, but the province isn’t bad right???

A relaxing Sunday morning shave.
The J.D. B30 Chinese super-speed clone that was kindly passed on to me by a work mate who tried traditional wet shaving for a while, but decided it wasn't for him. Each to their own choices.
Another comfortable 2 pass + pick-ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.
Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Body shaving Anti-Irritation ASL.
My face is feeling cool, smooth & smelling divine.
Stay Safe and enjoy your Sunday Ladies & Gentlemen.

Superb blade. Unmistakably from the Golder Era, evidenced by the materials of construction and the performance.
