| Comments | Today I am using a different razor and blade. Next in my rotation is a U.K. Aristocrat. This is a delightful razor to use. I loaded it with a Personna Medical Prep blade. The shave was excellent: close and smooth. Today’s brush is a Simpson Chubby 2 in best. There was not much Monsavon soap so I had to work hard to make a good lather. The Monsavon soap is on its 41st and final use. It was a perfect shave. Today I used Cremo Aftershave balm that I recently purchased. The Cremo reminds me of Duke Cannon aftershave balm. I bought this to replace the TOBS aftershave balm that was used up. It is thick and has a pleasant menthol feel to it. I used a stick to get some of the ASB because it is very dense. I had the same issue with the Duke Cannon and had to add water to the balm. I will do the same thing with the Cremo when I have some space to add water. In the meantime, I will use a stick to extract some of the ASB A perfect BBS shave. Have a great day, folks. |
I still have several pucks of that William's Soap in the same packaging and unused. Kind of historical now.
